Replacement of pump/Provision of rat mesh

Complaint was lodged on 01-12 vide ticket number 2484591 for replacement of some pump as recommended by IFB Engineer Yogendra, who visited usearlier. Also rat mesh was to be put.

Nothing has been done to date. We have been informed that the parts are not available, and that theseswould be carried out as soon as the parts arrive.

cannot understand how an international giant like IFB does not have in stock a pump and rat mesh.

Please look into this.
