I purchased a washing machine (model number Elena Dlx) 0n August 06 from Talauliker Electricals, Margao, Goa (Ph NO.: 0832-2712030). The machine was installed on August 12. The person who came for installation fitted Tap adaptor and charged Rs 113 for the same. About 10 days back, the water started leaking from the adaptor. I made a complaint (complaint number: 3743180) on customer care number and told the problem. A person came after 3 days and told us that adaptor is made of rubber and got broken. I was surprised to learn that IFB supplies such poor quality of adaptor which break in less than 3 months. I told the person to bring a new adaptor (if possible a metallic one) and replace it. He promised to come next day but more than a week has passed but no one has come for replacement. In the absence of this, it is very difficult to use the machine. I expected a better service from IFB.
