I mr. Laxman Naga Patil residing at Navi Numabi have purchase a IFB Washing Machine (Elina Model) and same machine is under Annual Maintenance Contract with IFB for the period 16.07.2008 to 15.07.2010. Due to water Leackage Problem I have give the complaint on toll free no. as on 25.07.2009. My complaint No. is 3281897. But till date not any engineer visit to repair the machine. From 25.07.2009 I have contact so many times to the Authorised Service Centre of IFB M/s Delight Services, Vashi, Navi Mumbai regading above said problem. But no one engineers yet come to repair the machine. In the AMC period of machine IFB Ltd. not proving their services to customer then how customer suggest to anybody to purchase IFB washing machine.
