I have IFB washing machine and it is under AMC. I had booked complaint for bad bearing and poor water intake in the machine at Bhathinda service center. The complaint is pending since 03/11/08. the complaint no. is 04.
Since than service engineer has visited twice but did nothing to repair the machine. Also he once came with a broken component to somehow adjust it to ensure correct water intake but could not do it. Even the service engineer know that the bearing is faulty but he does not bring bearing to replace it and repeatedly tell that he did not know if the bearing needs replacement. I have telephonically given the complaint repeatedly. they say that a person will come tomorrow or day after but no one turns up. I have requested them to send their service engineer after 1530 on working days as we are both employed.
