Hello,

We have an IFB washing machine (model: Supremo) which broke down recently. We called the IFB help line who registered our complaint (with a ticket) and informed us that the call will be attended in 24hrs. The technican in Bangalore called us to inform that the call will be attended by 4:00pm the same. Even after 24hrs the call was not attended to. When we contacted the local (Bangalore) sevice center, they answered rudely and mentioned that the call center may commit a time but the service center will attend calls at their convinience.

This is the response we get from a reputed company even though we have an Annual Maintenance Contract. This was the first problem we have registered during the AMC tenure and that when the Washine Machine was completely down.

We kindly request this forum to escalate to the company's management, so that they are aware of customer's plight.
