Hello sir/madam

i have purchased ifb washing machine on 2 dec from bedi electronics in ludhiana..due to some problem in septmender washing machine does not work ..then i compliant to service centre ..but no action was taken upto date ..they only said that parts of washine machine does not available ..then i called to ifb office they said parts has been sent ..so tell me what can i do..its already 1 month 10 days about my complain..09872106200
