Poor After Sales Service

When we say IFB washing machines it gives impression that good & sterdy performance. But I'm totally demoralised by experiences I encountered while repairing of the machine whenever i had problem. Infact initially I'd recommended the machines to my friends/relatives. But now I'm scared to do so.e.g.

1) In my machine right since installation there is problem it wobbles heavily during dryer operation. 2 yrs back I've replaced the motor which cost me almost 3K. Then last year there was problem so again I called technician he solved the problem, additionally changed the door gasket (though not needed) took around 2.5K. When I complained about wobbling he said motor speed is set wrong. So he reduced the speed but still the problem persist. Now I've given up on that.

2) I've recommended m/c to my brother at Titwala (Kalyan-Thane). 3 months back when he had problem so I gave him reference of same technician (authorised) who had visited my place he went there solved problem, changed gasket charged almost 4K. After a month he has again problem machine is not working. When we try to contact same person either he doesn't pick the phone or simply ignores the call.

Main issue is inspite of spending so much on IFB machines which are already costlier than others considering better quality we have to face so many problems. After sales service is very poor and expensive too.
