Repeated faults and poor service

My machine is in warranty period. Till now several faults appeared in machine and were repaired although after several reminders of complaints. Now again machine is not working and about 10 days has passed since I lodged the complaints with several reminders at your Bangalore service center and Lucknow centers with no result.
