I recently (29th Aug. 09) bought IFB senator washing machine from BEA, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. After two washes, during the third wash the machine stopped midcycle. We called the BEA and two engineers attended. Both said that the mother board was faulty. This was shocking since the machine was purchased on 29/08/09, used for the first time on 03/09/09 and asked for a replacement. I was promised a new machine and since the engineer who tested left water in the machine, I asked them to remove it. In the meantime we left CBE to come back to UK on the 19th Sept. 09. Since then I have requsted twice for the faulty machine to be removed from Srevasta Residency, Coimbatore. The water left in the machine will start to smell. I am at my wits end. I strongly request you to remove the faulty washing machine from the above mentioned property. For a well recommended brand like yours should provide a solid and fast customer services. The customer should not have to request again and again for the services.
