IFB washing machine Senorita DX
Control panel not replaced since last 2 months

7 weeks back the machine stopped working. Spinning would not stop. We lodged a complaint. Someone came, reasonably promptly and told that the control panel has gone bust and needs replacement. The AMC is active. Says will replace within 1 or 2 days maximum. Since that time we have been chasing the IFB service agents. When we called the call center once again to tell that no one had come for replacement, we were told that the complaint had actually been marked as 'finished, addressed'. So she lodged a new complaint. We were given numbers of Mr Mitesh Jain and Ms Sonali Shinde. As mentioned in some other post as well, Ms Shinde has refused to pick up any calls and has been unresponsive. Someone from her office called, essentially saying'once i get the part i will replace it, but i have not been given the part'. We are essentially going around in circles. Mr. Mitesh Jain has been responsive in picking up calls but said ' Ms Shinde is the responsible person'. The call center says 'yes we will find out why its not happening from ms Shinde'.
