My machine stopped working on Wednesday-8th July. After which I tried contacting the following nnumbers-19014255678 /18604255678/0261-39004321 which gave an automated response about dialling a particular no for the language after which the phone got disconnected. On saturday I tried the no early in the morning at about 7am and got thru and the first complaint got registered. At the time of registering the complaint- I was told that the someone would attend to the problem within 24 hrs. I specifically requested if they could send someone before 1PM but nobody came on the same day or even till tuesday. I had reminded on Monday also about the same to the service station but to no avail.
I was given a no of one MR Santosh-0261-3105234 but that no was also not answering.
On tuesday morning I again contacted the call centre where I was given the no of one Ms Deepali at ahmedabad but she had difficulty understanding the problem and was curt in her reply -had the least interest in hearing the complaint and inspite of my asking her what meant by 24 hrs she says that since the complaint of thursday was registered only on Saturday sso it will take time for the complaint to get forwarded to the respective service station and it will get attended to only on tuesday. - CAN ANYONE Take this explanation in a time of instant communication and mobile phones???
this is not the first time that such a thing has happened regarding service in the past 2yrs. The service experience was definitely better earlier although there was a problem regarding the phines which we could never get across for days. with the call centre that has been rectified to some extent but the service time is pathetic.
The service department is absolutely pathetic.
