Out let of water not working

I have purchased ifb washing machine it was side door, after washing the cloths water was not coming out, all washed water was stay inside the drum . we are informed and called so many times to consult person of IFB service men it was giving the number by the shop owner.he was not yet come .plse give me service center no. or send the service men to my house . give a phone no. of service man.
