I am retaired bank officer from Audhyanagar vijayawada. My IFB washing mechine is under AMC till 19/01. The mechine is under repair and same has been informed to service center. they have taken it to service center and informed that it will be repaired with in 3 days, After 3 days when we telephoned he said that he is not having perticuler part it will take 15 days. I am 65 years old and my wife is 60 years old and we are fully dependent on the mechine. At this age we have no energy to go to sevice center oftenly. Please do justice and get it repaired as early as possible.
