Locked my debit card

With full of frustration i am writing this complaint. I am an account holder of HDFC Bank, Bangalore. My account no is 0761610083130. Some people from HDFC bank came to my company and offered Gold Debit Card and i had applied for it. Later they had blocked my old card with out sending Gold Debit card. Then calling to HDFC Customer Care has became my daily duty but of no use. Not only this one issue even i had applied for check book too. but i hadn't received it yet. I was completly fedup with this bank. Any way i had decided to close my account with HDFC and open it in CITI. But, before that i wanna let u know the way HDFC customer care is working.
