Problem in finding jo

I did my B com through IGNOU in 2005 after completing BPP Course of IGNOU on age basis. And also i did my Regular MBA from institute affiliated to reputed University on basis of merit. But now i finding it difficult to fetch a job in MNC or good companies as they persist on 10 2 3 education. As Bpp is not equivalent to 2. I feel betrayed by perciving Higher education
