Myself, Mobile Number - 9958338383, having postpaid connection since last one month of your esteemed Telecom Services. I am in trouble since last 10 days that I am unable to talk to the Executive of Helpline several timem when I am called on Helpline 121. It is generally been happening with me at the time of calling on 121 and lastly pressed 9, a voice message of "Aadhik Jankari Ke Liye Kripya apne Mobile se AIRTEL likhkar 121 par bhej dein.
I once again request you to kindly solve my problem on urgent basis and enable me to connect with Helpline Executive as and when required.
