Non Refunding of money

Dear Friends!

I approached IIJT to persue a Financial course. They asked me to register yourself with some money and you will be intimated as any new batch get launch. i registered myself and waited for 2 months. meanwhile i called them lots of the time to know the new batch but everytime they assured me that they will intimate me... but after 2 months i approached them and asked to repay my money back... i think you will not start the batch..and they refused..There policy dont allow them to refund although it was completely their fault and they agree that its their fault but ask their policy of taking money and no refund

Can anybody Help it out

Indian system is crap where nobody can complaint and even if anybody complaints then lots of formailities and police and court..

do indian government provide any other facility to get the rid out of it.
