Non Refund of Security Fees

Sir,

I am Arun Kumar Singh S/O Mr. K.P Singh have done MCA from IIMT Management College, Meerut in batch 2008 and that time college had taken a security fees of Rs, 8, 000 which was refundable.

But now they are not going to refund it. They told me that your fees was hike during education and thus it (Security fees) adjust in your fees. But its not true because my fees reciept have that proof, in which I had submit my fees as per University norms..

I belong to a middle class family, One thing also they did'nt give me any placement. Although they are not going to refund my security.

So please try to help me. Currently I am living in New delhi.
