I had ordered for a school bag through IMINT. I got the product but it was not in good shape. I raised the complaint on 17th Sep 2008. Despite of multiple followups, they said that thay will replace the product. After 1.5 month, they picked the product but they did not give replacement. After frustration of 2.5 months, I finally told them to credit the points back but that also they have not done till date. I have made so any calls. I have mailed them multiple times but no solution.
