Not able to register with I-Mint

Hi,

I received an I Mint card since I am an ICICI customer.

However I was unable to register myself in the I - Mint web portal - the reason for failure was that the registered details do not match with their records.

I mailed the customer service and was asked to register myself in their portal before they would respond to my query!!

Begin quote "we would like to inform you that firstly you need to register on our website, then a password will be sent to your email id registered with us" End Quote

After 2 followup mails they appeared to understand the problem and asked me to contact their call center.

The call center (incidentally they advise us that these will be recorded and reused for training purpouses - there no option to say NO) executive took my details and said that the details would be updated within a week. This was on March 20th.

Till now I am not in receipt of the same.

On April 19th I wrote to the customer service and the response was "we would like to inform you that firstly you need to register on our website, then a password will be sent to your email id registered with us". So, I am back to square one!
