I have sent an important document to Ms. Sarmistha Sarkar, Kolkatta from Chabua post office on 30/06/09 through speed post no. EE840203184IN but till now the consignment has not yet received by Ms. Sarmistha Sarkar. While tracking its status i have found that the consignment is in Tolly Gunge, Kolkatta still not delivered. It is a very important document and needs to be delivered urgently due to which I have used Speed post but finding its service so poor I am surprised and really very upset.
Whoever is responsible for it kindly look into the problem and do the needful as soon as possible.
