False information and poor service

Hi,

I played tuesday tornado on in.com which says win ipod at rs9, when i went to make payment they charged me 576 adding one more 1gb item which i could not remove. Day after they sent a mail saying you lost the game now we give you a gift voucher of 109 shop of it.

When i went shopping with that, and entered the gift voucher then a error message comes, saying the gift voucher code is redeemed.

There customer care guys are not responding well, and whenever i call them they put me on hold and the wait is endless.

Please do help.
