Last year it return has not received

Espected sir,

this complain is behalf of my father who is working is LIC of india he has applied for IT return which is something 1792/-rs for the las year .1 and half year has been passed still he has not received his IT return so kindly do the needful and can you please provide us any income tax xomplain no.because every day my father takes a visit of income tax office but no one has given proper sollution please help us in this matter.
