Non Receipt of Refund orde

Dear Sir,

I have not yet received the refund order of IT refund pertaining to assessment year 05-06. I had received it earlier but with wrong account number which I returned on 11th November but still now I have not received the revised one. For this I have made several personal visits to IT office Vashi (Ward no. 22 (2) 4. So far I have given 5 applications in this regard but is of no use. According to income tax office of ward 22 (2) 4 they have processed the same and send to Bank.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Also attaching the soft copies of the applications submitted to bank and IT office.
