Pan card issuance

Sir,

I have applied for issuance of a new pan card vide application bearing no. 041601026 in the name of Gurvinder Singh and I had also paid requisite fee demanded by the representative in lieu of fee vide fee coupon number 027726652 on 21.8.08 and form was submtited with Bajaj Capital Sec. 35-B, Chandigarh. Now more than 45 days have elapsed but I have not received any information nor any status is showing on the net. Please direct the concerned authorities to expedite the matter. Gurvinder Singh
