Income tax refund 2008 09 is not yet processed

I havent received the refund on the income tax for the fisc year 09.

The date of aknowldge ment as in the form is 15 Sep 2008.

The acknoledgement seal shows details as Income tax officer, Ward 14 (5), bangalore. I am not sure on how to track this money. I even got the refund clain form [form 30] acknowledged from the Income tax office. But there is no way to track as when the refund will be credited to the account. I tried tracking the refund in https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/refundstatuslogin.html and did not get any information there also. I tried calling the refund banker/ help desk and did not get any clear information. Please help in getting the refund statusfor the below details.
