I had applied for a pan card six years back and was issued a pan card bearing no. AKPPK4122Q, through which I submitted my returns and used the same for other ref. purpose. While applying for opening a Demat Cum Trading Account with India Infoline i furnished the same but to my surprise they rejected my application stating that the pan no. which I have furnished is wrong as per Income Tax department website, which showed a PAN No. ALDPK9991L in my name. Despite calling their aykar sampark kendra and moving here this fictitious pan no. issued by the Income Tax department did not get cancelled and due to this I am being denied of my basic legimate rights.
