Not geting refund of tax return

My PAN is AAMPB 1357K, name is SUSANTA BHUNIYA

I have filed my income tax reurn for the year 07 through Efiling acknkledged number 14754860150308 on 15th march. The refunable amount of Rs. 20, 470/- not received as yet.

Also I have filed my income tax reurn for the year 08 through Efiling acknkledged number 64902570300309 on 30 th march. The refunable amount of Rs. 1, 28, 900/- not received as yet.

For the return of Rs. 20, 470/-, Income tax officer asked to submit the TDS copy, it was submitted, now 6 months over. No refund.
