No gas received after booking the gas

I have a gas connection from Indian oil (indane) and the name of the gas agency from where we get the gas is Ella gas sector -93 noida and the consumer number is 4720, I booked a gas fifteen days back and still not received the gas. I am calling the gas agency everyday and still not getting any resolution and today I called them up and without giving any information in wrinting they told me that my gas connection is transferred to some other agency without giving any information in writing. Would appreciate if you can help me in this regard.
