Poor quality food supplied in Shatabdi (2029)

I travelled from new delhi to Amritsar on 26/08/09 from Shatabdi (2029) the quality of food which is served is pathetic. The breakfast which has been served having flies in it. I have loged a complained vide s. no.- 191373 but no action has been taken.

The contractor which is suppling food is also not serious about the issue.
