Sir, I am resident of 1111/Urban Estate Phase-II, Jalandhar getting indane supply from M/s Ranbir Gas Service, Model Town Jalandhar having gas connection no. 9368. We are a working couple with offices outside jalandhar. Despite my request for delivery after 04.00 PM duly entered in their computer, I fail to get the refill intime (everymoth). Request on 03 instant is still awited. On enquiry yeterday I was told that it would be delivered on 12th instant but in vain. i am tired of maiking complaints with them.
