Leaking Gas

Dear Sir,

Cylinder on delivery was found to be leaking. In spite of several complaints to my distributor, they have not turned to replce the deffective one. Its already 4 days passed, the service is very poor. They are refusing to give the complain number. No action is being taken by my distributor till today. My consumer no is CH14883 and my distributor is M/S CHAUDHARY GAS DISTRIBUTOR, DHANBAD, JHARKHAND. AGENCY CODE No:49030335

I am worried that an unforseen incident is just waiting to happen. I am senior citizen and staying alone.

Kindly take ncessary action on immidiate basis to solve my problem. Your early action in this regard is highly appreciated please
