Change of regulato

Dear sir,

i was a customer which was earlier with Arun Gas but i think it is no more in service

now i am a customer of Avtar Flame Centre

how i can got my regulator be changed as Avtar Flame centre has refused me to change my

damaged regulator because its sr. no. is not on the voucher (once earlier i have got changed from

Arun gas service) so its no can not be on the voucher.

in these 10 years i don't got my home delivery, can it be started and how it can be started

please guide me.

pl advise what should i do
