New Cylinder Booking

Hi, I am Srinivasan residing in Vengalrao Nagar, Hyderabad. In the year I registered for my Indane Gas from Adimalik Enterprises in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. After a wait of 5 months I received my single cylinder gas connection.
Now I am in need of 2nd Cylinder. So when I enquired weeks back, they informed me that they have a huge backlog for 2nd cylinder connections for 2 years and hence they have even stopped taking registrations for the 2nd cylinder. I am not sure if they are doing for money or if this is the real situation.
