Indane cooking gas
Gas Cylinder not being deliered

I am a holder of Indane cooking Gas Nol S 23184, I booked my gas on 3rd March. I was told it would be delivered in 3 days time. Since then I have been calling the company everyday but no result. When they pick up the call they promise to send immediately. I also visited the company on three occasions where I was told it will be delivered. They are short of delivery boys or the delivery boy does not know the address. My gas has not been delivered. On 18th the delivery man came and told me that the gas was already delivered. Where as the gas has not been delivered. Could some one help me
