With respect to the above subject, I hereby write & inform your good self that I was enjoying the gas services in my house with a Single cylinder in my house. As my In-laws have moved in to my house from their native place, I am facing a shortage of gas cylinder every month.

I request your goodself to sanction a additional cylinder in my name to overcome the problem faced in my residence atleast now.
