My Gas consumer Numer is 11578 - Alandur gas (TUCS) chennai -16

I am having single cylinder for past 5 years. I requested in my agency (Alandur gas > TUCS . Chennai - 16) for additional cylinder but they always says there is no order for additional cylider mean while thwe booked the additional cylinder for before six months . there in no responce. Now Im booked cylinder on 29.04.08 they told 10 days being a single cylinder holder i requested once in 3 days please sent as earlier as possible . but they never responce still 9 days completed. so please kindly look in to this matter and do need ful.
