Non supply of refill cylenders

I booked refill gas cylenders of me and my brother on 24 nov[ consumer nos 16089&16088 of vadakkethil gas agency, thiruvalla.kerala].on 01-01 i telephoned and asked about the non delivary of cylenders, they replied that they will supply it in the very same day.but unfotunately until now we would'nt get the refill cylenders.
