Indane Gas
Abnormal delay in refill supply

I am a resident of Sivagangai, Tamilnadu. My Gas connection number is 5161. The distributor of Indane Gas is "Vinayaga Gas Agency'. I have two cylinders (main cylinder additional cylinder). The distributor says that a refill supply will be given to a customer only once in 40 days. Because of short supply the gap in between two successive refill supply is 40 days. ok. But they don't consider this 40 days gap system for additional cylinders. I wish to know what is the use of possessing additional cylinder?
