TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Dear Sir/Madam,
I feel much disheartened to be in a mesh of the present day work culture. I do not know what to do Please advise.
My problem is that I am a customer of Indane Gas Service (Cust. No. AN/9156) Asansol, the Distributor is ANNAPURA GAS SERVICE, ASANSOL-713304. I placed my request on 18-05-09. As reported by ANNAPURNA OFFICE that the Cylinder would have been delivered by the 28th of May. After 28th we are enquiring about the possible date of Delivery. First few days we were informed that it “It will be delivered by tomorrow”. But TOMORROW did not come yet.
I tried to put my complain to DURGAPUR OFFICE (Tel. No. 03432546987) on June1, at 5-05 P.M. and again at least four times between 10-10 A.M. to 10-45 A.M. on 2nd. Unfortunately, on June 1 it was too late and probably on 2nd June I have been too early. I am puzzled where to put my complain against the authority who is the authority of receiving complaints.
I contacted then ANNAPURNA again on 2nd June, at first they told that your name has been noted down and it will be delivered on the 3rd. When I asked for confirmation (as I they have given false promises earlier) I was informed that the delivery is subject to availability of Gas Cylinders.
Moreover when I learnt about the expiry dates of Cylinders I find that I have a cylinder whose expiry date is B-04 that is its longevity has expired after June.
Could you please help me in this regard? Can you assure me of no revenge activity from the suppliers after this complain? If not, it may be treated as cancelled as I wish to pass on the last couple of years of my life with the prevailing work culture in India, especially, in West Bengal.
