Sir,
I booked the gas on March 26th and till date the delevery not been done. When I contacted the agency they said that we have to go to th place where the vehicle comes and collect the gas. They have not yet billed the gas in our name till date. Why this things are doing by the agency. As per the informatiomn from the agency, they are supping the gas who ever stops the van on the way.
I feel very bad on the way of approch by the agency. Please take immidiate steps and make the supply at the earliest.
