I am an Indane Gas consumer (Consumer# TG-C717). The distributor is Novelty Gas agency located in Srirampur, Distt - Hooghly, West Bengal. The sub agency which is supposed to issue the gas is located in Tarakeshwar, Distt - Hooghly, West Bengal. I have applied for a domestic gas refill on 20th September and in the supply book the delivery date endorsed is 2nd November. This is un-acceptable and poor service standard Please look into this.
