Sir I am the consumer of Raj flame shop no.11 shanti market rama parak mohan garden New Delhi 110059 CODE NO. 9107266 as I book my refill on 15th oct in the morning till today that is 4 th nov I have not received my refill, it is for your information and record that before making a complaint I try my level hard to make a contact with the customer care of Raj flames but all my efforts are gone vain most of the time phone is not picked by any person or if picked they says we send you a refill today but unfortunately today never comes till now.
Sir it is my humble submission take a hard steps in this regard.
