Delay in DBC connection

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be informed that the DBC (double cylinder) gas connection has been booked in February. We have not yet got the connection yet.

Since we both are working it is difficult to manage with the single cylinder.

How many years we need to await for the connections? The agency supplying doesn't have any answer to this.
