Delay services and uneducated staff cant pick the phone

Espected sir,

i umesh narain having a gas connection of indane from urs dealer (azad gas agency).i m shifted from deep nagar to chander nagar, in october.i shifted gas connection from amrit gas agency to azad gas service, thats my first mistake, i have no problem from last dealer, but that dealer giving lots problem.

1.theres employees cant pick any call.

2.the phones are always busy

3.cylinder delivery not intime, they tell us shortage in stock and delivery within 12 days.

4.employees cant having sence how to talk with customer.

5.they eretate customer with arguments.

6.they cant give us owner number and address.

7.in year i cant take cylinder on time.

sir i m bussiness man and my wife is a teacher, we have no time to waste these stupid dealer.our children are too small to go ageny for booking cylinder

sir kindly do nessasery action against dealer or replace our dealers.this gas agency down the image of indane and people can go for bharat petrolium.

this is not my problem, they can do with everyone whos the customer of indane
