Sir,
Under signed has sent a packet containing urgent medicine through your courier company from Gorakhpur to New Delhi -18 vide your POD no. 294780040 on 9.11.2010. I am pained to inform you that the packet has not reached to the proper destination till 11 pm of dt. 17.11.2010. Now the patient is running without medicine because these medicines are not available in New Delhi.
At Gorakhpur I have contacted your officials at mobile no. 9335973006, 9235567402/04, officials at Delhi and Bombay have even no courtesy to attend the phone. All are making some story. Kindly be informed that this is the second time when I am been betrayed by your company.
May I request you to please intervene in the matter and do the needful from your end.

Refer our above message dated 17/11/10 please note that the packet containing important medicine of my wife has not been delivered till 10 pm of 18/11/10 . Kindly let me know why we should not go to the consumer court and request for compensation. Because such a long delay has resulted break in taking medicens and any thing can be hapen to my wife for want of these medicens. However please note that I am making the urgent arrangement fo sending these medicine through my brother personally
