Dear Sir,
I have booked for the gas cylinder (Indane Gas Agency, Sarita vihar, New Delhi) on 08 Apr 09. But since today (15th May) I have not received it. When I went to the agency to confirm about the position, they told me that due to lack of delivery man power, they could not deliver the cylinder and when they will have manpower then only they can send to my home.
