Bad Service
Dear Sir,
I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Vir Gas Agency, West Mambalam, Chennai. My consumer number is 34726.
I have booked for a refile on 29th May over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in two days a week. But after 2 days when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Dealer are delivering Gas cyclinder only after many reminder. Some times, refilling itself take minimum of one week or two week. Each time, these people are giving any lame excuse and trying to escape things.
Last month, these people said that I didn't booked gas cyclinder itself and I need to book it once again and waited for three more days.
Every month, we are fighting with these people to get the cylinder. Due to this, we are losing some days in next booking too.
