i received my last gas cylinder from DEVI ANUPMA GAS SERVICE IN VASANT VIHAR, NEW DELHI, on the 23 of May -we started using it on the 27th of May--and today the gas is over! at a very minimum our cylinders last a month as we are a two member household and there is not much cooking etc done.
Very clearly, the gas agency is supplying half filled cylinders. I would like to know if there is a government agency for consumer protection. It's pointless to complain unless there is someone listening! and someone who will take action against these frauds. I have very low expectations of integrity and honesty from most Indian companies but it's an absolute disgrace that an old reputed company such as Indian Oil shows no concern for customer and allows fraud to go on in this manner.
