Not receiving calls & unproper and below weightage of gas as per std

Dear sir,

I am from Agra, I tried lot but unable to book because of not attending call. And also I asked them, why are you not receiving calls? they are answering rudely. They are not properly and timely deliver the cycleder and therewere 2 to 3 kgs of gas was reduced in weight delivered by hawker. When we are want to get our cycleder from goodown there was no response and they backed everytime three to fourtimes. If we complaint leackage there was no response.
